E3... and flash

I still have this problems...
When using the E3 and the FL50R....
... settings on camera is "A", the "thunder" (for activating the flash ) is on.
FL50R, auto TTL.

Situation of subject is dark (of course flash needed)

Why the camera lags...? it act like there is no flash BUT the flash triggers 1st... only the camera 'acts' as it is taking as available light and it takes some times for the shutter to release.

Nanti TT gua bawak laa... lu org tengok la... sekarang to be safe I put on "S" at 1/125th... or I think I'll just reset to default?
