Software and Setting for C and C post

Hi guys,

I recently got some photos which I wanted to post here for comment. But I had to resize it smaller so that it is within forum rules.

I am wondering what would be a good software and jpeg setting to use for compression so that the software would not cause the photo to lose a lot of details and people can look at it just like the one captured in the camera.

Normally, I'll use Photoshop to convert RAWs to JPGs and save with setting of 8 (High). Else, I would use Irfanview to resize JPGs with 80-100% quality. That would suffice for web use in 800x600 pixel resolution.
