i plan to swap my lens 12-60mm (bought 10th july 2009) with either 50mm f2 OR 50-200mm SWD/non SWD version with cash top up (for 50-200mm only since the price is higher than 12-60mm). please state the status of your lens (warranty), its condition and etc.

currently have 11-22mm, which i think has more "soul" since it's my 1st HG lens. 12-60mm is more towards 1 perfect walk-around lens that able to cover for lanscape and close up. looks perfect but less "soul".

I have the 4 lens you mentioned in this thread :D,
Just bought ZD1260 not too long ago , it was an impressive lens to me but but at some circumstances its distort very badly. I find when taking photos on human full shot with scenery as background, it is likely to make them look short and fat due to some distortion effect.

Still learning how to avoid this, but ZD1122 is perfect on this regards.
