Your beautiful daughter looks like she has been crying.......Definitely plenty of noise :), but......noise I can live with :)
Hi Lokli,
Nice capture and The monotone difference Is clearly There!....Syabas! bro, and did you that there are a few Built In filters for your B&W Pics?...They are found In most E-System camera like The e-410,510, 420 and 520?
You should try them on your LCD Screen and see what suits the situation You're photographing....Thanks Uncle James.

Thanks all for the C&C, I start shooting with monotone 3 weeks ago, the turning point, ..... i cannot get the correct skin tone when tag along with friend on one of the wedding job. Really hard to get it right skin tone when shooting in the small house with multicolor wall and blue plastic on top. Even avail also failed to get it right.
Luckily i read some tips in this forum, then i switch to monotone and later i realize i fall in love with this setting. ... and the noise too.
Till today i still in the high mode to shoot with monotone and exploring different combination setting e.g ISO, w/b and key tone for the best B&W setup. Any tips pls feel free to drop it here.

white balance problem?
the easiest is to try let as much sunlight into the room... next time, try to do that..
